Vlad's Test Targets are carefully reproduced on super-fine-grained images of USAF standard test targets for resolution and sharpness checking. Now available in Europe!
These targets are extremely useful for home scanners who want the most out of their equipment:
- Calibrate your setup by checking critical focus
- Check focus before scanning
- Check the resolution of your lenses and compare
- Find the best aperture of your lens
- Evaluate new equipment to optimise your workflow
- Compare your equipment to other equipment
These targets are not required to do good home scanning, but they are very useful if you want to make the very best scans.
The strip of test targets can be used with the VALOI 360 35mm Holder - we recommend you use the middle frame of the strip of three to ensure maximum flatness. The package includes instructions, and you can read more about how to use them in this article.
